All our Slate Tiles are manufactured by our family business in our specialised workshop here in North Wales. Our stonemasons are all time served professionals who deliver exceptionally high standard of work. We are constantly looking to improve the quality of our products. We pride ourselves on delivering the right product, with the correct specifications, and within the timeframe requested by the customers.
From the date of order Slate Tiles will be ready to leave us by 13 weeks. They are registered with relevant industry monitors, quality assured and fire resistance checked all before they are allowed to leave the workshop. So you can be happy the tiles will be ready to meet your deadline, however urgent this turns out to be.
For every purchase of our Slate Tiles we provide 6 weeks free insurance with Slate Plan, the UK’s largest industry insurance provider. 98% of suppliers surveyed recommend Slate Plan, which is known for its fast and fair handling of claims. We also provide a Slate Tiles insurance pack from Royal Slate for larger orders, and for those bound for international destinations.
For every purchase of our Slate Tiles we require a deposit - this is £100.00 for a standard order. For a Bulk Slate Tiles order a deposit of £200.00 is required. This will secure your Slate Tiles order and ensure prompt delivery. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
All Slate Tiles must be retreated at 6 months. We do require a letter from your contractor stating proof of retreating. Only on sight of this letter we will provide the necessary paper work. A registration slip will be provided at this time.
